Studio Policies and Terms of Service

Payments: (we are a cashless business)
• Payments in full prior to scheduled session is required.
• Without a payment received, if another client wants to book the same day/time and offers payment, the time slot will go to them.
• Acceptable payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Paypal

Cancellations:
• If you cancel your session with more than a 24 hours notice, we can look to reschedule it for a different date.
• If you cancel your session with less than a 24 hour notice you may reschedule but a $25 penalty will be charged.
• No Shows: In the event a client fails to show for the session the payment will not be refunded. (You must pay to book again.)


Things to Remember:
• Please be on time to your session. If you are late to a scheduled session, your session will still start at the scheduled time & will not be extended.
• To keep sessions productive and efficient, please keep visitors to a minimum during sessions.
• Please account for set up time in your session (ex. Downloading beats, preparing files, etc.)
• The Kitchen DMV will backup and archive your session files for a minimum of 90 days after the end of your session. You are responsible for providing an external hard drive or USB stick if you require a copy of your
production files.
• No beverages with an open container are permitted in the studio.
• Your payment is proof that you understand and agree with these terms.
